Najardeh Forest
Najardeh is a protected forest which is
located in Mazandaran province. This virgin and relatively unknown area is a
good home for the Mazandaran tiger, and also a specific kind of hog. Being unknown
has made this part of the natural environment a suitable place to do research.
The University of Tehran has been using this forest as a research site for some
years.
